Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging Scoopidi for dog waste removal services.

Scoopidi, an independently owned and operated business (“we,” “us,” or “our”), offers pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern all transactions and services (“Services”) we provide. By accepting our services, you are bound by these Terms.

Service Conditions

The client acknowledges that our ability to provide services is dependent on various factors, including weather, grass height, and access to your yard. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the yard is accessible.

Dog Waste Removal Services

We offer a range of pet waste removal services for both residential and commercial properties, including One-Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Bi-Weekly Cleaning, and Seasonal Cleaning. Prices are based per dog and area depending on larger areas.

Yard Access

Clients must ensure easy access to the area needing cleaning. If we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, blocked entry, frozen conditions, or pets in the yard, the cleaning will be skipped, and charges will still apply. To avoid this, we recommend providing a gate code or key. If a return visit is requested, an additional $5 fee will be applied.

Weather Policy

We work through rain and cold whenever it is safe to do so. However, severe weather conditions like thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, flooding, or snow accumulation may prevent us from servicing your yard. In such cases, we will skip the service for that week and return during the next scheduled visit.

Holidays

Holiday hours will be be adjusted accordingly on the website.

Billing

We bill monthly, and payments are due on the 1st of each month. If your payment is declined, service will be suspended until the issue is resolved. If service has not been performed for over 30 days, a first-time clean-up fee will apply. For one-time cleanings, payment is due within 24 hours of service completion. Accounts with payments over 30 days late may be turned over to collections.

Yard Conditions: Leaves, Debris, and Tall Grass

While we strive to clean your yard thoroughly, tall grass, leaves, or debris can make it difficult to locate all the waste. If these conditions are present, some waste may be missed. Once your yard is maintained, we will remove any missed waste during the next scheduled visit. If you notice a significant amount of missed waste, please contact us immediately.

Additional Charges

Additional fees apply for the following services:

  • Cleaning decks, patios, or sidewalks: $5/visit
  • Cleaning rocky or pebbled areas: $3/visit
  • Waiting fees (if we are delayed due to client’s actions): $5/visit

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and address when you request services. This information is solely used for service purposes and will not be shared or sold to third parties. However, we may share your information with third-party service providers (e.g., for payment processing) or as required by law.

Revisions to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of these updated terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Late Payment Fees

A late payment fee of $10 will be added to bills that are not paid by the 3rd of the month. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
